How often can I use the property?

As long as the property has not been booked by guests, we can always block the calendar for your personal use.

Where are we operational?

We work with hosts of vacation rentals in the Ghent area. Being born and raised in Ghent, I can always be quickly present at the property when needed, ensuring that your property receives the best care and attention it deserves.

Which Technology Do You Use for Monitoring?

We equip all your houses with standard smart locks. Optionally, we also offer continuous surveillance cameras and a sound monitoring system to ensure that no unauthorized activities occur on your property.
